- Cookies — We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Session cookies may be set by our hosting infrastructure for security purposes.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.

- To respond to your project enquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- To communicate about an ongoing project you have with us.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain contact enquiry data for a maximum of 3 years from the date of last contact. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years for tax and contractual compliance.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are encrypted in transit and stored on our self-hosted mail server (gurevs.me), which is located in the EU. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website loads CSS and JS from cdn.tailwindcss.com — a CDN operated by Tailwind Labs Inc. By visiting our website, your browser may make a request to this CDN. Tailwind's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.
All other assets (images, fonts, scripts) are self-hosted. We do not embed social media widgets or third-party iframes that track visitors.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
