1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website gurevs.me or engaging Gurevs Devs ("we", "us", "our") for software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Gurevs Devs provides custom software development, UI/UX design, product design, mobile application development, cloud infrastructure, and related technical services. The scope, timeline, and commercial terms of any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between the parties.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services. All project engagements begin only after a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Gurevs Devs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Project deliverables: Ownership of code, designs, and other deliverables produced under a client engagement is transferred to the client only upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, as specified in the applicable SOW.
4. Payment Terms
- Project invoices are issued according to the milestone schedule in the SOW.
- Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
- We accept international bank transfers (SWIFT/SEPA), Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC on any major network).
5. Confidentiality
We treat all project information, business data, and technical details shared with us as strictly confidential. We are willing to sign a mutual NDA before any discovery call upon request. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gurevs Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a project engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
For project deliverables, any warranty terms are specified in the applicable SOW. Unless stated otherwise, we provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project delivery covering defects in our own implementation.
8. Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers.
- Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content via our contact form.
- Scrape or harvest content from our website using automated tools.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. For clients in the EU, EU consumer protection laws apply where relevant. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction mutually agreed in the SOW.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
